Do not touch me
“Do Not Touch Me” is an interactive game created in Processing. Players attempt to catch the words at the center of the screen with their mouse, but the text trembles and flees at every approach. The work explores the boundaries and power dynamics between people: does seeing something mean one has the right to touch it? In the present context, the refusal to be touched may also be a refusal to be understood. The playful and humorous form of the game becomes a way to approach these serious political questions—sometimes, a joke is the only thing that can stop a situation from turning worse.
